Act No 26390: Prohibition of Child Labor and Protection of Adolescent Work
National Plan to Prevent and Eradicate Child Labor and Protect Adolescent Work
Child labor is defined in this plan as any economic activity and/or strategy for survival, whether paid or not, carried out by people below the minimum age for admission to employment. The Argentine labor law prohibits child labor and protects adolescent work.

Survey of Activities of Children and Adolescents (EANNA)
EANNA’s main objective is to provide statistical information on children and adolescents ages 5 to 17 engaged in economic and non-economic activities, by specifying demographic, educational and general socioeconomic characteristics of their households, and describing in detail the distinctive features of child labor and the main reasons behind the problem.
